Kick-Off Meeting

13 October 2000:
Target date for submission of signed CPFs, TA
and guarantees to the PO.

30 September 2000:
Deadline for contract negotiations
29 September 2000:
End of contract negotiations
Time table for week: 25.09.00 - 29.09.00:
1) - OH cluster buttom line statu quo
2) - RN cluster buttom line to move slightly up to the level suggested
      (from -9 to -15 MM)
3) - RN travel increases allowed to justifiable level
      (no automatic conversion)
4) - stabilisation of cpfs for both projects on monday 25.9.00
5) - sharpening for both projects of annex 1 section 10 text, task specs, deliverables specs, risk analysis during the week 25-29.9.00
6) - reassessment by the PO of the synergy question on 29.9.00 and stabilisation of annex 1.

First (Contract) Negotiation Round

21 August 2000:
All completed forms (at Attachment 3) must be sent to the Commission address
indicated in point 3 of Attachment 2 five working days before the date for the
first negotiation indicated in point 4 of Attachment 2.
("Failure to respect this deadline may be considered by the Commission as a wish not to enter into the contract negotiations and therefore to withdraw your proposal.")

2nd half of July (tentative):
First Information by the EC about evaluation process
4.-10.June 2000:
Evaluation Process (Brussels)

10.May 2000:
Deadline of the 3rd IST Call
First week of May:
All administrative forms ready and signed
